PRICES, SHIPPING, FREE SHIPPING, RETURNS:
All purchases and orders are subject to the Conditions of Sale.
Suggested Retail Price (“SRP”) is provided by the manufacturer and is the manufacturer's representation of value
FitStopStore.Com reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered through FitStopStore.Com.
FitStopStore.Com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from FitStopStore.Com, for any reason.
In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to supplier pricing information or typographical error, FitStopStore.Com shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product or service listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, FitStopStore.Com shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
The risk of loss and title for all products purchased by you and shipped by FitStopStore.Com pass to you upon FitStopStore.Com's delivery to the carrier for shipment. The risk of loss and title for all products purchased by you and shipped directly by one of FitStopStore.Com's vendors pass from such vendor to you upon such vendor's delivery to the carrier for shipment. Orders that are refused and returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as the cost to ship the order originally as well as the return.


PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT:
Fi Stop Store will make every attempt to package and prepare your items for safe shipment to you. We are not responsible for damage incurred once the package has left our hands.

POWDERED PRODUCTS:
Customers should be aware that “powdered” products are susceptible to humidity/moisture that can cause the product to “clump up”. This in no way deteriorates the product and is not a defect in the product. Either crush clumps with a spoon or use a blender to break up clumps prior to introducing liquid.

SHIPPING:
All orders, for the contiguous 48 states, have an $8.95 handling fee to cover cost of boxes, packing material and labor to prepare the shipment. Orders requiring “cold packing” will be charged an additional $3.75 fee. FitStopStore.Com will calculate shipping costs to orders outside of the contiguous 48 states.
Orders that do not meet the Free Shipping requirement will incur a shipping fee based on gross weight of the package.
All orders will be shipped at the least expensive rate. Special shipping may require an up-charge for shipping.
